Thai Yoga Therapy

Yoga

Yug The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit root yug, which means “to join together” or “to yoke.” – In my expereince that means energeticly joining the left ( feminine ) and right ( masculine )sides of our bodies through the shushuma the central line of energy in the body along the – spine. Your spine is divine and is best in alignment.

In practicing the asana – pranayama ( Breathwork) and meditation one can be in deeper union with ones self feeling clearer and more aligned.

Kids learn confidence doing the yoga poses in a non competitive environment –In the games I weave in the lessons of yoga is a fun way! Kids relay to me that they love learning the breathwork that helps them with stress and note that their concentration also improves.

Ancient healing art form that follows the meridans and pulse points of the body. It is a mixture of acupressure massage and stretching to bring the receiver into a balanced state. Deeply healing and helpful for good overall health.

Mindfulness Meditation

Introduction To Mindfulness Classes -Teaching the four foundations of Mindfulness 4 Week Session - 6 seesion. Teaching you how to meditate and to create a practice you can do regular at home.

  • Yoga, meditation, and Thai yoga are ancient, sacred healing traditions that originated over 5,000 years ago. Rooted in oral lineages, these practices were preserved across generations by teachers and later recorded in written form.

    One of my main takeaways from practicing Yoga, Meditation, Bhakti Yoga, and Thai Yoga Therapy for the past twenty years is this: you often don’t fully understand how deeply stress affects your body and mind until you commit to a holistic healing practice. Through sustained practice, you begin to notice that stress was the primary obstacle keeping you from feeling your best—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

    A holistic approach reconnects body, mind, and spirit. It reveals how tension, habitual patterns, and unresolved emotion manifest as physical discomfort, mental fog, or disconnection. With gentle, consistent practice—breathwork, mindful movement, devotion, and therapeutic touch—you can gradually release those holdings, restore balance, and access greater ease, presence, and well-being.
